Ever find yourself mindlessly scrolling through your FB/Twitter/Insta newsfeed and see someone has posted a longgggg Scripture verse? I'll admit, sometimes I read it, but most of the time, I just keep on scrolling. I wish The Word would hold my attention the way all these beauty and fitness tutorials do. 🤦🏼♀️
My point is, I know how to put minions on my nails, do an upside down fishtail braid and yes, I can even contour my face so that I look exactly like a Kardashian.
But, I don't NEED those how to's in life. The minions won't get me through the valleys. A braid doesn't increase my worth. I want to hide the Word in my heart so that when I need a "how to," I've got it handy, right with me at all times. And the Lord knows I need the how to's because life. is. tough! Can I get an Amen?!?
