30 Day Exchange/Return Policy

We want you to feel great in and love your Glory Active items but understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged for various reasons.

Want a different size, color, style, fit or choose your graphic? We can customize! We can do that for you! We've got all options and we can expertly outfit and personally size you too with all our products and sizes! We appreciate your business, so let us help you get the right items that you want and are looking for, at! 

Item ordered must be within 30 days from date the order was delivered to qualify under this exchange policy. International orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable, but will not expire. Also to be eligible, the item must be unworn/unused with original packaging & tag attached, and in the same condition that you received it. 

To start the process please submit your request to including your full name, order number, and item to be addressed.

Authorization is required before sending any item back to be processed.

If it's an authorized exchange, once you're authorized exchange item is received, we will notify you of receipt and get the new item into production immediately. We will additionally provide an immediate tracking status of the new item once shipped to complete the exchange. Pretty simple!

If it's an authorized return, upon receipt and inspection, we will also notify you after we have received your item to provide an approval status of your refund. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within about 1-4 days depending on your banking service. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping. To help guarantee that we will receive your item, recommend shipping with a tracking number.  

Closeout, discontinued, or clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable sales. 


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If it's not showing up there, next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
