Round 1:

20 Air squats

20 plank shoulder taps

20 walk-out’s

50 bicycle crunches

Round 2:

20 walking lunges

20 v-sit ups

20 plank press-up’s

10 burpees

Round 3:

20 push-up’s (kneeling, or regular)

20 leap frog jumps

20 ice skaters

20 sit-up’s

*Repeat each round 3-5 times*
